I need to be able to do something instead of making empty promises so I'm getting this in before my New Year's Resolution. Haven't read loads of other blogs so may be breaking every rule but I just don't care.
I always want others to under-promise and over-deliver but, as an eternal optimist, I am totally unable to follow my own advice. But, because my tank is empty today, my sensitivities are blunted and I can just get on without wondering what others think.
I know that I should be writing Christmas cards or making a route into the kitchen through the stacks of empty wine bottles and old newspapers.
